I've been away from Titleist drivers for a couple of years now but just recently bought a TSR 2 head. While going to put one of my favorite shafts into one of the adapters I have I realize I have 4 Titleist adapters I've collected. I believe only one of the four is OEM. Can someone please tell me what an OEM Titleist adapter looks like? Does it have a metal "O" ring around the top? Does it have a serial number on the body?

I thought that this one I'm describing came with the TSi 2 driver I last had. Yet when I went to insert it into the head, the head wouldn't slide over the ring. I removed the ring and it fit. The ring, though, is just to keep the loose adjuster ring from sliding off the rest of the adapter, right?
