Golf Balls
If you are not completely satisfied with your Titleist.ca purchase of Titleist golf balls that were not personalized or customized and would like to initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team within 30 days of receipt of your package, using the contact information listed below. All items eligible for return must be in NEW and UNUSED condition and must be accompanied by the original Packing Slip. All sales of personalized or custom products are final and may not be returned. If you purchased a personalized or customized product online and you would like to inquire about any inaccuracies, defects, or damage caused during shipping of the product, please contact our Customer Service team.
All returned items will be inspected for return eligibility in accordance with this Return Policy. Please allow a minimum of 10 days for us to receive and process your return. You will be notified via email once Titleist has processed the return. If your return is approved, you can expect a refund within 30 days of Titleist’s receipt of the returned product(s). Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

We will refund unused, unaltered golf gear merchandise with all of the labels and tags attached within 30 days of receipt of your package. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Final sale items are not eligible for returns. All sales of personalized or custom products are final and may not be returned. The Titleist golf club repair department performs general club repair such as reshafting, loft and lie adjustments, and regripping. If your Titleist Brand clubs have repair or warranty needs, please contact our customer service team at (877) 928-8898 to discuss options available to you. At Titleist Golf, we stand by the quality of our products and will discuss all available options with you.
Some golf club repairs performed by a third party may affect the integrity of the club and render it unserviceable by Titleist.
