  1. I recently got a set of Titleist T150 direct from Titleist and the 7 iron I received from them has a small dent on the back, just left of the engraved Titleist logo. It's not really noticeable, but the fact I know it's there it's very noticeable to me. With that said, if it doesn't affect the playability then I'd rather just keep it and not have to go through the warranty replacement because the last time I got something replaced with the warranty, it was hell and it took over a month to get the club replaced. I've played Titleist MB's from the Titleist sine the 690 MB and i've upgraded every 2 years, but I decided to swallow my pride and accept the fact that I can't play the MB irons, so this hollow body design is very foreign to me, so can anyone tell me if a small dent on the back of the T150 is going to be an issue?

I am assuming you have the "dent" along the back edge to the cavity? That is the most logical spot for bag chatter or where it might hit a steel pole at the bag drop or something similar. These are forged steel irons and like MB's, are subject to showing marks from hard contact. Pretty soon you will likely see similar marks throughout the set. No worries, they will not impact your performance and if anything, will scare your competition when they see you have a "working set" of irons, not a "show set". Go Low! Have Fun!

I don’t think the T150’s are a hollow body iron

  5. Sounds like you bought these not long ago so If you believe it's a dent and not bag chatter I would contact Titleist to take a look at it. I've had dent in irons that proved to be production faults and vendor replaced the clubs.
