Thanks for the additional info and clarification on the shafts you purchased. To answer your original question, the security labels are not applied to replacement shafts. 

The security label program was started with the launch of the 910 drivers and metalwoods in the Fall of 2010 and labels are found on all stock 910's and custom orders. Moving forward, the labels will be featured on all Titleist clubs including all new Vokey wedges, Scotty Cameron putters, and Titleist irons.

An e-bay seller states the following.

 -Is it true that demo clubs do not have the sticker?

 -Could they be buying direct if not a Titleist dealer?
