Your golf shop that placed the order will be more accurate than our guesses. Every build is unique with an average being 3-4 weeks. Sometimes a specific shaft selection or grip might not be stocked on the shelf and will be ordered from the manufacturer which can add a few more weeks. Another factor is your location. The assembly plants around in the USA is Carlsbad CA so shipping will be a couple more days than orders on the west coast.

You should receive your new clubs on April 30th at approximately 2:45 PM. Doesn't really mean anything coming from me, but I hope that helps.

I don’t think you accounted for EDT or CDT. It could be 3:45 pm EDT.

Factors in delivery :
Outside of new releases, it is about 5 business days from the order at Titleist to hitting the shipping dock.
Once the order is placed, Titleist provides an estimated build date to the ordering site
As noted, it could take another 5-7 business days to hit your store or door in Kentucky. .
Chain retailers may send orders to corporate for batch processing. Unknown delay
Store may miss placing order next business day. See if they have a Titleist order confirmation number.
With any special order going to a store, I don’t get timely notification that my order is in.
