Just got back from my GT woods fitting

    Good day all,

    Just a friendly reminder to get fitted!

    I ordered my TSR driver, 4 wood and 5 wood over the phone through an online dealer because it was so easy to do. I knew the shafts I ordered were my best guess at what would work, and they seemed okay enough, but I knew I needed something better suited to my game.

    I went to Providence Country Club in Charlotte this morning and met with Joe Butler who works the Southeast region for Titleist Fittings. He was phenomenal to work with. He could not have been more knowledgeable or professional. He provided me all of the options and we went with what worked best for my game and filling in the gaps. We added loft to my driver, a new 3 wood and even added a 7 wood to replace my barely used 5 wood. Can't wait to get out and try them on the course!

    Man, I so wanted to go to that one but couldn't get the time off from work. Glad you enjoyed the experience.

    Congrats on your new woods! A fitting is definitely the way to go. I was lucky enough to get to Manchester Lane and get fitted. Along with a little tour of the facilities. It was a bucket list time for sure. Chris was so knowledgeable and professional. But down to earth at the same time. I explained my recent spinal cord surgery and we went from there. My new irons were even better on the course than I could have imagined. My hats off to the whole Titleist staff at Manchester Lane. They made me feel like a pro the way they paid attention to detail. Good luck with your new woods!

    It was a hot one Guy, I started at 10:00 and by the time I left it was humid and 90 degrees!

    I got fit a little over a week ago at my club. These things are incredible. The numbers were phenominal...I couldn't pull my wallet out fast enough. Roger was amazing to work with and really made shure he understood my swiong and my typical misses to really get me dialed in.

    I am so excited to get these clubs in the bag!

    Where did you get that zipper bag thing? Was that available at your fitting?

    Had a fitting with Jim Pooler on the 16th. New clubs seem amazing at the range. Can't wait to try them on the course. As always Jim was super knowledgeable and a very professional fitter. My anticipation level is through the roof for the clubs to arrive.
