  1. I’m 6’5”, play t100s 1.25” longer. Swing weight comes out at D7 which is fine for me.

I want to order sm10s, however swing weights are coming out really heavy at E1/2/3 range.

Anyway to solve this? Do titleist offer light headed vokeys?

  2. You can go through Wedge Works and have the heads "ported" which means they take weight out of the head to drop the swingweight significantly...

I have done this for years.

Just order them at Titleist and ask them for the desire swing weight.
When they construct wedges, they often put a weight in the hosel to adjust swing Weight, they havé different weight.

Just note that a lighter head decrease the swing weight but also a heavier grip could do the job.

The heads are not precisely the same weight by the nature of casting, even forging.. Titleist separates them into about 3 bins (Goldilocks style). With the speciations given and knowledge of the inventory of heads by weight ranges, they can tell on the basis of the components - and shaft length, they can tell you if they can’t meet the specified swing weight
Not that they offer a lighter head directly but it comes into play with orders like this.
