Slider Drill to Feel Proper Torque Forces

In this video, Titleist staff member Joe Plecker uses a fitness slider to illustrate the proper feeling you should have with the trail foot when you swing from the ground up. Use a slider or a paper plate to feel how your trail and lead feet shear against the ground in opposite directions – a key force that makes your body rotate and creates room so you can deliver the club on an optimal path into the ball.
