How do I manage my subscription?

Your subscription can now be managed within your Team Titleist profile on Titleist.ca. Navigate directly there via www.titleist.ca/my-subscriptions or simply sign in to your account and click on My Subscriptions in the profile navigation.

Will I be notified of upcoming subscription orders?

Yes, we will send you an email 10 days before your next scheduled subscription order date.

Will I be notified when a subscription order is placed?

Yes, you will receive a standard Titleist.ca order confirmation email for both your initial subscription order as well as all recurring orders.

When will I be billed for my next subscription order?

You will be billed once your recurring subscription order is placed. In the My Subscriptions page in your Team Titleist profile, the date associated with your next order is the date that the order will be placed. This is the day that you will be billed.

Will I be notified when my golf balls ship?

Yes, you will receive an email notification when your next shipment is leaving our warehouse. This is consistent with all orders placed on Titleist.ca.

What payment methods are accepted?

Credit card and PayPal are all accepted payment methods for subscriptions.

How do I change the frequency of my subscription?

Sign in to your account and click on My Subscriptions in the profile navigation. Find the subscription you would like to edit and via the "Ships Every" dropdown, change your frequency selection.

How do I change the quantity of my subscription?

Sign in to your account and click on My Subscriptions in the profile navigation. Find the subscription you would like to edit and via the "Qty" dropdown, change your quantity selection.

How can I change the golf ball model I am subscribed to? (i.e. I want to change from Pro V1 to Pro V1x)

If you would like to change the model of your golf ball subscription (i.e. change your subscription from Pro V1 to Pro V1x) you will need to 1) cancel your current subscription and then 2) start a new subscription with the golf ball model of your choice.

How can I change the personalization on the golf ball model I am subscribed to?

Sign in to your account and click on My Subscriptions in the profile navigation. Find the subscription you would like to edit and click on the "Edit product" link. This will allow you to change the personalization on the exact golf ball model you are subscribed to. (i.e change the personalization on your Pro V1x from "Go Low!" to "Aim True!")


Simply make your changes and click "Update". You will then be redirected to your My Subscriptions page with the changes you have made now updated on the page.


Please note these changes will only impact upcoming subscription orders.

Will I be charged for shipping?

No. All orders as part of a subscription will receive FREE standard shipping.

What happens when a golf ball is out of stock?

If a golf ball you are subscribed to is out of stock, you will receive multiple email notifications in advance of your next order letting you know that this is the case.


In those emails, you will be reminded that you can edit your subscription or cancel and start a new subscription.


Please note that if the item remains out of stock, we will never place the order or charge your saved payment method.

What happens when a golf ball is no longer available?

If the golf ball model that you are subscribed to has a replacement - for example, you are subscribed to current generation Pro V1 but a NEW Pro V1 has launched - we will automatically replace your golf ball with the new version and communicate that change with you via email.


If the golf ball model that you are subscribed to does not have a replacement - for example you are subscribed to a golf ball that no longer is in the Titleist golf ball lineup - we will automatically discontinue the product and end your subscription. When doing so, we will communicated that change with you via email.

Are subscriptions available outside of Canada?

United States customers can subscribe via Titleist.com/golf-ball-subscriptions


Currently, no other subscription services are offered outside of the United States and Canada.

How can I cancel my subscription?

Sign in to your account and click on My Subscriptions in the profile navigation. Find the subscription you would like to cancel and click the "Cancel Subscription" link.
